For this role, we’re looking for an experienced software engineer to join the Heroku Production Engineering Observability team. The Observability team is responsible for the implementation of Observability best practices and tooling across the Heroku platform. The team has domain expertise within metrics, tracing, logging, OpenTelemetry, instrumentation, observability methodologies, and running services reliably at scale.
